Every match is visibly on a clock. When one runs out the reconciler resolves it on its own,
on boot and every minute after, so a match cannot get stuck and there is no command to unstick one.
Match types
Team size times team count is the roster. A free for all is a team size of 1 with as many teams as players.
There is no fixed list of formats anywhere in the bot, so whatever is here is what this server plays.

Ranks
The ladder ships empty on purpose. An invented set of ranks would be a hardcoded ladder wearing a
config hat, so these are yours to write. Divisions point at the ranks defined here.
Timeouts
0 means no deadline, which is the one way to make a match sit forever.
Channels
A private channel the bot can post in. Screenshots are copied there before any link is stored,
so a player deleting their message cannot take the proof with it. Without one, the uploader's
link is stored and the image dies with their message.
Results
With this on, results come in through /result, because a Discord form cannot carry a file.
Penalties
All of these ship off. Nothing punishing happens in this server unless somebody here turns it on,
so a first mistake is not an automatic ban unless you decide it is.
Capabilities
A role can hold more than one capability and none of this is a ladder. Who may cancel someone else's
match is a different question in every server, so it is answered here rather than in code.
